The clearest symptoms: the truck pulls to one side when you relax your grip on the wheel, the steering wheel sits off-center while driving straight, one steer tire wears faster than the other, or the tread shows feathering (one edge of each tread block worn higher than the other). Vibration at highway speed can point to alignment or balancing issues — both get diagnosed in the same visit.

We begin with an inspection of the steering and suspension components — worn parts make any alignment temporary, so they get checked first. Then we measure and set toe, caster, and camber on the steer axle, verify tandem axle tracking (a rear axle that doesn't follow the steer axle drags the tires sideways), center the steering wheel, and hand you a before-and-after alignment report.

A steer axle alignment usually takes 1–2 hours. Adding the tandem or the full tractor-trailer combination extends it to about 2–3 hours. If we find worn components that must be replaced before the angles will hold, we let you know before continuing.
